How to Place an Order
Simply select the products you wish to purchase, click 'Add to Bag' and proceed to the 'Check Out'.
Call 1-877-648-8466 to place an order by phone.
Changes to your order or Canceling Your Order
You are able to change or cancel your order after it has been placed only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
If you would like to make a change to or cancel an order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-648-8466 Monday -
Saturday, 9am - 9pm EST. (Be sure to have your order number available.)
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, click Order Status.
You will receive an order confirmation from Gold Violin. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly
to ensure you receive your order confirmation.
We would suggest adding Gold Violin to your address book to be certain you properly receive all notifications.
Payment Types Accepted
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as
our Credit Card. If you prefer to mail your order in, we
accept checks and money orders in addition to all of the major credit cards.
Sales Tax is a tax imposed by state and local jurisdictions on retailers
for the privilege of selling tangible goods to consumers. Each State and
local jurisdiction has their own calculation and guidelines for what are
"taxable goods" and what are exempted. A purchase on the internet is often
subject to those taxes and is not exempted from sales tax.
In states were Gold Violin is required to submit sales tax, Gold Violin may charge
your order for tax. If your purchase is taxable within your state or jurisdiction,
and Gold Violin has not charged your order Sales Tax, you may be responsible for
paying the sales tax on your purchase.
